Your product purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery of this shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-866-599-5439 Monday-Thursday, 10AM-8PM EST & Friday 10AM-6PM EST
- You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the 30 day period to receive a refund.
- Please return your purchase within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your refund. (Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.)
- When returning an order consisting of more than one of the same item/product, you will be refunded for one trial item (i.e. open item) and all other unopened items.
- Please return all sealed items AND all opened items, in their original containers for which you are requesting refunds.
- DO NOT return an item without an RA number. Write this RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you.
- Please return your item with a copy of the original Invoice and include your reason for returning.
- We recommend using UPS or insured mail to ensure your package is received by us, as we are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
